What is your online return policy?
Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival.
Online Purchase Return
Items delivered by Standard Shipping that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect:
if you received your order by Ground Shipping and the merchandise was damaged in shipping or if you wish to return it, please write to customer care within 72 hours. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees. For other issues concerning Standard Shipping orders, write us within 45 days after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item. Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 45 days of delivery. For Standard Deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 45-day return period, consult the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Please note, return shipping fees apply. In many cases, we can provide you with replacement parts and service as needed.
Curbside Delivery Return
Items delivered by alternative carrier that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect:
if you received your order and the merchandise was damaged in shipping, please write to customer care within 72 hours. For other issues concerning curbside delivery orders, write us within 72 hours after delivery and we will work to assist you with your order. Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of curbside delivery item(s) within 72 hours of delivery. Please note, return shipping fees may apply. For Curbside Deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 72-hour return period, consult the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
We are proud of the quality of our products as we carefully select and work with some of the best manufacturing factories and artisans in the U.S. and around the world. Just send us a description and photos of the defect and we will promptly respond.
If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange on most of our merchandise within 45 days of the ship date of the product(s). All returns will be matched to our sale records. Products must be sent back in the original packaging or reasonably equivalent packaging. Products must be new/unused condition with no signs of wear. If the product is sent back in a different packaging resulting in damage, you may incur additional cost.
Returns made by purchaser are refunded consistent with the original form of payment for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Return shipping charges will apply. There will be a restocking fee based on the product's original purchase price: 10% for parcel items and 20% for large items shipped via a freight carrier service. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item received has a manufacturing verified defect or damage. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the receipt for a White Glove delivery service item or a photo evidence submitted within 5 days for a Non White Glove delivered item to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price and shipping and handling fees. Any damage not reported back promptly as stated above will be considered customer damage and not warrantied.
We are confident in the quality of our products, but due to the natural materials (including but not limited to: wood, rattan, wicker, bamboo, seagrass, abaca, marble, leather etc.) and the handcrafted nature, slight variations in finish, tone, texture, uneven grain, marks, cracks and color are common. Similarly, all computers display colors differently. We are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our site. These variations are not grounds for a damage claim.
Unused gifted merchandise can only be returned for 29 Imports store credit. The relevant return shipping fees and restocking fees will apply.
If your product(s) are marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDER or specifically marked as SEASONAL, then the product(s) are not eligible for return or refund.
All the items are available for pick up at Round Top, TX during the Spring and Fall Antique show. The purchased items must be picked up during the show only. You can see & shop our collections online or at our booth 29 Imports, Northgate field in Warrenton, Round Top Texas, and reserve your favorites.
If you are unable to pick-up your purchase at Round Top, local independent shipping services are available at Round Top that will pick-up your package and ship it to your doorstep within the United States. For any pre-purchase or shipping information, please reach us at email@example.com and we will put you in contact with independent shipping services. *All sales from Round Top and during the fair are not eligible for return or refund.
FINAL SALES & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS / SPECIAL ORDER / MADE TO ORDER
Our custom products and customer’s own material (COM) are made to order to your specifications and therefore may not be canceled or returned at any time. Custom products include, but are not limited to, upholstered furniture (such as sofas, chairs, sectionals, among others), custom cushions, custom rugs, window treatments, and other made to order products.
Certain items such as Christmas decorations, gardening and outdoor accessories, and other holiday assortments may not be canceled or returned at any time.
OVERSIZE / WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
Custom products or products delivered by White Glove can only be returned if there are defects. If your product was marked as oversized or white glove service, contact us to arrange for the return. Returns within 30 days of shipment will be issued a refund of the purchase price less original shipping and handling in addition to a return delivery fee and 20% restocking fee (based on original purchase price). If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply. We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations in every way, however, it is your responsibility to inspect your product(s) upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the receipt for a White Glove delivery service item or a photo evidence submitted within 5 days for a Non White Glove delivered item to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price and shipping and handling fees. Any damage not reported back promptly as stated above will be considered customer damage and not warrantied.
